FreshDesk meets most of our needs, but occasional bugs (which we report) and a lack of integration into our existing project management suite prevent it from being a five-star solution for our company.

Freshdesk is a good platform for small business

Freshdesk is a good platform for supporting customers. The changes they make often add benefits to our company. Some features need more work and some visibility is lost from an IT perspective. Overall the system performs as expected. Support for the product is always available and friendly.

Freshdesk is great

Freshdesk is great! The software is very easy to use and incredibly helpful for our company. Their customer service is typically good, but sometimes seems like the agents don't understand English well (especially the really technical aspects) or don't understand the technology well when working on some higher level questions. In general, I highly recommend Freshdesk!

Freshdesk is amazing!

Freshdesk is amazing! We've been using it for a while now and have had no regrets with it. All of our Agents have been enjoying how easily it all works together and enjoy seeing the leaderboard to see where they place. The Customer Service is top-notch and very quick to answer any and all questions that we may have. Thank you all very much for this amazing product!

Moving from OTRS to Freshdesk has been…

Moving from OTRS to Freshdesk has been a challenge for adjusting out current process which were by no means great but Freshdesk support has been there all the way and terrific at helping us with our transition into the Freshdesk platform. This platform continues to grow at an outstanding rate and appreciate all the efforts in knowing we are using the right help desk system for our company.

I have been using freshdesk for over 4…

I have been using freshdesk for over 4 years now.I have used it as a user, a supervisor and now over 2 years as an administrator. They have made it easy in every sense to make support a breeze for beginners and veterans.Freshdesk has set the standard for what a helpdesk is supposed to be.
