Freshdesk is an amazing product
Freshdesk is an amazing product. Is it perfect? Of course not. However, the product is always evolving. The functionality is elegantly simple and I love the scenario automation capability. I think Freshdesk is a great value and terrific asset.

Great Platform and Customer Service
Not only is this platform extremely robust, but even more important, the customer support provided is top notch. I am always able to reach someone quickly and get the answers I need. They will share their screens, provide knowledge articles, etc., to make sure I can do what needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Earned a 5 star, not given
Freshdesk keeps getting better and better. When we started working with Freshdesk I'd have rated it 3 1/2 stars. However, they keep upgrading and making it very user-friendly and robust. Freshdesk works with you on the best plan based on your budget, a big plus, and their support is always there when needed. It makes our job easier!

I have been using Freshdesk for 3 years…
I have been using Freshdesk for 3 years now. It's a complete ticketing solution with good features in terms of community usage like forums. Our support portal is deployed on Freshdesk. The entire project documentation and knowledgebase articles are stored in it.The SLA management feature, role-based segregation is one of the highlights of Freshdesk.

Freshdesk Is Where It's At!
The Freshdesk Customer Support platform has allowed my team to become completely organized and has helped streamline all support inquires to be answered quickly and efficiently. The customization allowed within their Mint Dashboard is phenomenal and can be tailored to all service industries. Freshdesk has allowed our support team to create a better customer experience in which there is no greater value add. Freshdesk is the best, baby!

Powerful SDK and API
Implemented Freshdesk as our CRM and order processing system 4 months ago and have been nothing but pleased. We are using Freshdesk in an unorthodox way but with the flexibility of their SDK and API, we've made it work with ease. The support staff gets back to you very quickly and always does a good job. Very impressed and would recommend this to anyone. Very very few complaints so far.
