Overall good ticketing system, but there are areas where the design appears to be meant more for a Sales team vs. a standard Support team. It would be helpful if there were more areas where customization was possible to meet our needs.

Freshdesk is very easy to use and I really enjoy the layout of it.I have never had any issue with help from the support staff either, seems like they are always one step ahead when I experience any issues, which are few and far between.

Great Product

I've been an Admin of Freshdesk going on 3.5 years and the product continues to be reliable, easy and updated. The team really enjoys the refreshed MINT experience and a lot of the configuration/admin changes that have been rolled out this year have been very helpful (scenario automations, widget, chat bot). The new analytics suite seems useful, but very comprehensive - so will take some getting used to.

A lot of great functionality makes FD hard to replace. Have seen some great enhancements come out since we jumped aboard in May 2017.As the operations manager for our support team, the automations and scenario automations are great. JIRA Plus integration is great and helps us manage defects. Keeps us as efficient as possible. Great Customer Support

Throughout the entire process Freshdesk reps (both through Sales, AM, and Support) were always responsive! There was little time that went by before hearing some kind of response. They also almost always knew what I was asking - it is apparent that they work in the customer support field in their understanding of the sector. We love FreshDesk

We love FreshDesk, it has moved our support team from an old Ticket Support system that had limited capabilities to a system where we can provide the customer with better response time, attach videos, images, and links to online knowledgebase articles. Customers also enjoy using the FreshDesk ticket portal, finding it easier to see all of their tickets, know the status of the ticket and communicate clearly with the support team.
