Great features, easy to use
While I am fairly new to Freshdesk, I am impressed with the combination of a powerful, yet easy to navigate program. I will be diving deeper into Freshdesk to see how it's capabilities can further help our organization to run smoothly.

Essential business tool
We starting using FreshDesk about 3 years ago and have found it to be an essential business tool. It has evolved into a platform that manages all of our helpdesk tickets, knowledge base and agent performance assessments. I highly recommend them - always very helpful and resourceful when issues come up.

The best customer service app PERIOD
We've been using Freshdesk now for over 5 years in our ecommerce business. It is a crucial piece to our workflow and customer service. Probably the best SAAS product we've ever used!

We've been with FreshDesk for 4 years…
We've been with FreshDesk for 4 years now. The company is awesome. Their support is helpful. The product has improved substantially. Highly recommended. If there is a single feature that FreshDesk has and you want, I'd go with FreshDesk over any alternative.

Freshdesk has been a helpful tool organzing and responding to our company's customers. I have also had to reach out to Freshdesk for support twice and both times, my concerns were handled promptly and professionally.
