Freshdesk in K-12 Setting

Freshdesk has been an amazing asset in our department. We utilize Freshdesk in a K-12 educational setting. It allows our students and teachers to submit technology-based tickets and then those tickets are assigned to specific technicians based on location. We are able to communicate effectively with students and teachers and provide superior customer service. We've been using Freshdesk for over 3…

We've been using Freshdesk for over 3 years now and it's been great. It really helps us manage the large volume of requests that we receive from our clients. My only recommendation would be around the Satisfaction Survey. When someone responds to the survey, the email we receive back doesn't note the piece of feedback that they gave us. It would be nice to get that feedback in the email notification.

Started in a new position and Freshdesk…

Started in a new position and Freshdesk had already been implemented. I was pleased to find out that there was a lot of powerful functionality behind the polished user interface. Support has been great whenever I can't figure out how to do something specific. I think there is even more potential once we start integrating via the API.

Freshdesk service and customer care…

Freshdesk service and customer care have been wonderful. I've enjoyed watching them grown over the last 3 years with strong new features each year and am anxious to try the new AI-related features that are coming soon. It's easy to set up and create automation and has scaled with us as we've grown from 1 to 100 users. The interface is clean and it's been dependable. We integrate Jira, Aha, and SalesForce, and the only complaint is the limitations with the SalesForce integration.

Fantastic Helpdesk and CRM platform!

I have managed many helpdesks, and used a lot of different platforms to do so. Freshdesk is, by far, the most quickly developed and customer-focused customer management and helpdesk platform there is. Thanks for an invaluable tool!
