What do you like best about Freshchat? The ability to create tickets off the chat and that customers do get that ticket number as well. Also like the ability to adjust your views and only see what is necessary to you.

What do you like best about Freshchat? being able to jump from chat to chat is great. canned responses are easy to create and I love that i can use hotkeys to fill in the responses.

What do you like best about Freshchat? I like Freshchat because I can easily see customers with their concern and I can easily navigate it to answer those concerns. I can easily tag those concerns properly without having a hard time.
