FaultFixers is complete. It can handle all aspects of field service management and provides full-function customer relationship management available through a web browser and mobile devices. It allows them to capture the field engineer request from the location and plan the route. It enables them to capture customer details with live information, once they reach the site, they can take photos and post notes on the fault and send in-order directly to their supervisor in order for the supervisor to approve or reject it.
