Easy to Use Platform

What do you like best? Everlaw's design is amazingly simple and intuitive. It makes it easier to code documents accurately and to find similar documents. What do you dislike? I dislike that Everlaw seems slower to use than other platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made my work straightforward allowing me to draw facts from what I review.

Fantastic Program

What do you like best? The ease of uploading my own files and flexibility to change it. Ease of document review and organization. Everlaw Reps are wonderful!!! What do you dislike? Nothing really. What do you like best? Everlaw gives clients who want more autonomy the freedom to produce when they please and to go through a smaller set of documents quickly. It is a very user friendly interface. What do you like best? The Everlaw team is easy to get a hold of over the phone in case you have any questions. I once asked about a feature that they didn't have. What do you like best? Everlaw is user friendly, easy to use and efficient. Working in the legal field, in an area of law that is all about documentary production, we have struggled to find a platform for e-discovery for years. Everlaw has surpassed all of our requirements. What do you like best? I love the user intuitiveness of the search features. I also appreciate the ability to offer training that allows clients to become a bit more self sufficient in their reviews....like with self loading of data. What do you like best? It is very easy to organize a mass download of select documents using this program. What do you dislike? It logs-off fairly quickly. Sometimes I need it to sit idle for a while, and then I'll come back to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing hot documents between multiple firms in order to keep attorneys on task.

State of the art tool with great customer service

What do you like best? Everlaw understands what clients need to do document review in a modern world. Everlaw has a variety of tools that make sense and there are tutorial and sample data sets that allow a user to see a detailed explanation of how a feature works using real data.
