What do you like best? Absolute favorite is that I can load documents and do productions myself, not having to wait in a queue with a vendor. What do you dislike? Nothing! Intuitive, Easy to use, robust E-discovery platform

What do you like best? I am just beginning to use Everlaw, but from what I've experienced, the customer service is top notch, the platform is so very easy to use and has so many options to fit all of our e-discovery needs. Almost any question or issue I have has been easily solved by either searching their help option, which also has a very large amount of information and videos or by calling customer service. Everlaw is one of the best eDiscovery review platforms in the industry

What do you like best? Everlaw is fast, intuitive, and simple to use but deceptively feature-rich. It has built in media transcription and playback, language tools/machine translation, and great analytics visualizations. Its predictive coding features are extremely capable and do not require a team of data scientists to use correctly. What do you like best? I love that the site is user-friendly and uploading documents for processing is extremely easy. The Help section is extremely informative and even has videos. I can easily batch out documents to parties for review, put notes on documents, and easily review. Also, any time I have an issue, Byron has always walked me through them. What do you like best? The layout is amazing and flows very well. Although there Everlaw is a complicated product, the ability to learn what you need to do is very available. What do you dislike? The vast amount of things you CAN do is a little over whelming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document managements in general.

Everlaw is a convenient and well organized e-discovery tool.

What do you like best? The ability to further refine searches my column. I found this particularly helpful. As described below, I was reviewing several thousand e-mails and Everlaw made navigating through these e-mails extremely easy.
