Excellent for Plaintiffs

What do you like best? My favorite review feature of Everlaw is the presets that can be tied to a keyboard shortcut. Nothing makes my review faster than loading it up and not having to use a mouse when you hit sections of the review that are all somewhat similar -- not relevant, or has exactly the same three codes. I can just hit two buttons and be on to the next document! What do you dislike? From an Organizational Administrator view, I wish I had more control. In my perfect world, I ...

Best disclosure platform I've used so far

What do you like best? Search is simple and intuitive, the user guide and FAQ are well laid out and easy to follow. And when I can't figure out the answer for myself, their user support is excellent and gets back to you really quickly. Review and search are both lightning fast thanks to leveraging dynamic cloud processing, minimising delay. What do you dislike? As with any of these platforms, there is a bit of a learning curve, but spend 2-3 hours with it and you'll be very impressed ...

Everlaw is easy to use and competitively priced.

What do you like best? The interface is easy for even the most novel e-discovery users to navigate. It makes collaboration between multiple individuals on a single project easy. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I really dislike about the product. I think the upload and production processes could be a little more intuitive and less clunky perhaps. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is the best e-discovery software tool I have ever used. I have ...

Everlaw is easy to use, has many advanced features, and the support staff is very helpful.

What do you like best? I like the functionality of Everlaw and the team's response to inquiries to make it more functional. I have made suggestions that have been adopted and these have helped my review. It is easy to search on Everlaw and they have an excellent help menu. What do you dislike? I dislike the export option for exporting metadata into a spreadsheet. It puts in time along with dare, which means that I have to go into every entry and delete the time. There is also no name ...

My favorite new platform

What do you like best? The best part is probably the versatility of the review shell. I have more control at my fingertips than with relativity etc. What do you dislike? Batch assignment process makes it a little hard to compare docs from different batches What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I think our pace as a team is much more consistent, and the communication platform has helped us work remotely more easily

Nice, clean user interface

What do you like best? I enjoy the clean user interface. Easy to navigate between documents. I like being able to make binders! And able to download and share binders. Very helpful. I also appreciate the fact that once you get the hang of it, it's really quickly to search for the document you need. Also, the doc review browser is easy to mark up and easy to switch from document to document. I like the messaging abilities to other team members. I also appreciate that there are good ...

Introducing Everlaw to the office

What do you like best? The ability to have multiple people share 1 set of documents to make different notes. What do you dislike? The need to regularly refresh pages for the changes made to be saved. I also recently encountered issues with the OCR function for native emails uploaded on the system. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try different options so you can see how the UI differs here What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

A feature-rich review platform that I can rely on.

What do you like best? I think that the layout, organization, and flexibility are my favorite parts of Everlaw. What do you dislike? The tough part of Everlaw is the learning curve to understand how to access the various features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Everlaw to review documents for major litigation.

Exceptional innovative eDiscovery system

What do you like best? Everlaw has an intuitive user interface, lightning-fast speed (when processing, running searches, generating productions, etc.), and has innovative features like predictive coding and graphical email threading. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike, but I am looking forward to the company implementing new features involving transcript management so we can phase out our on-prem case management tools and use Everlaw exclusively. What problems are you ...

Senior Litigation Paralegal

What do you like best? Everlaw is the quickest and easiest document database I have ever used. These 2 things are so important in a fast paced litigation practice. I wish I could use this in all of our cases, but unfortunately, I am not the decision maker for what database is used. What do you dislike? I mainly search for documents and print/save them for further review. I do not dislike anything in this regard. I have not heard any negative comments about any other feature of Everlaw. ...
