PROS: Epicor ERP is user-friendly in all respects, from getting familiar with the product to navigating it for use. Its configuration wizard is top-notch, too. Also, learning how to maximize the functionalities of the product is easy since there are many training options available, which cannot be said for similar products.

PROS: There are many things that I like about Epicor ERP but I particularly like its multi-company and multi-currency features. This has provided our enterprise updated financial data that is crucial in the decision-making process with the help of Power BI, which offers us useful analytics. The workflow for the month-end workflow is greatly improved too. There is the accounts receivable reconciliation as well that works perfectly with AP. What's more, MRP has let us smooth out ...

Really helpful

PROS: The environment is pretty easy to navigate and I really like how the reports are structured. It's a little difficult to work in fragments with Epicor though. Once you set it up, the information that they ask you to input is up to the end of a work project.

PROS: One of the best things about Epicor ERP is scalability. We have been using this software for a long time. As our business grows, our needs and requirements also grow. Epicor never fails to constantly help us with the business challenges along the way. They provide more features and more amazing product offerings. They never cease to improve their products, which is a great thing.

What do you like best? I like how everything is easy to navigate, and multiple screens is very helpful when completing certain tasks. The ability to do 1 thing many different ways is also nice.

What do you like best? Epicor does everything. Very nice on premise system, very customizable. We had a very smooth transition from our legacy software. Definitely focused on function rather than looks. The best part about Epicor is its customization tools allowing us to transition smoothly across ERP's onto Epicor without having to "fit" the mould.
