What do you like best about Kinetic? It has more options to integrate into the system for allowing to extend it. It has modernized to a newer .NET release and feels better to develop on.

"ERP system that basically works"
What do you like best about Kinetic? Epicor Kinetic uses structured workflows that logically take a company through processes from raw materials procurement through manufacturing/distribution and on to fulfillment. Additionally, workflows cover financials from the cash commitment that comes with procurement, the cash opportunities that come from quoting and everything else along the way to financial statements.

"Cumbersome, frustrating, and little to no support from the company that develops the software."
What do you like best about Kinetic? Epicor is easily customizable and the software does have a lot of flexibility that can be developed and implemented quickly.

Overview of EPICOR
PROS: It helps processes go smoothly and efficiently. It is easy to navigate. CONS: Support is very poor. Keep getting asked the same questions for answers already provided. It is evident that support is not reading the case logs. Issues are dismissed very quickly. Seems like support is rated / compensated on how quickly cases are resolved. Resolutions are suggested without investigating the case. It would be nice if they took the time to reach out to clients and investigate the issue. ...

A reliable ERP software
PROS: Epicor ERP is very useful right from the start. It helps our processes go smoothly and efficiently. Also, like other companies, our business requires some process customization. Epicor helps us with this a lot. CONS: It's tiring to deal with support when an issue arises. It's annoying to be asked to do the same thing what was done already.

A software that you can rely on
PROS: After deploying the system, communication within our business has become more consistent and effective. We access most of our information from a single software solution, so everyone gets the same data. Although we still need to install an Office suite like Microsoft Excel, the software has recognized this and chose a reliable partner.
