What do you like best? It's a powerful, flexible ERP system - able to account/touch all of our primary business processes, but flexible to work around/with some of our idiosyncracies. The addition of the REST API has been a godsend.

An all-around useful tool

PROS: Our operations rely heavily on Epicor. It is where we run most of our initiatives--from developing strategies to running audits for the company. CONS: Customer support is a little bit lacking. There have been some issues in the past where, instead of helping us find solutions, they quickly dismissed our complaints. I would have appreciated it if further investigation had been made.

Really lets you call the shots

PROS: I program and code IT solutions myself, and I really love that Epicor leaves so much room for play. Its flexibility is one of the key factors that makes me a regular user of Epicor. User aren't the only ones who can exercise this much freedom in manipulating this tool too. Even clients and other businesses can customize Epicor's environment.

Quality Support Service

PROS: I like the improvements in Epicor ERP’s support service. They really ensure that their end users receive the assistance they need. They now have a customer conference that users can attend once a year to meet and network with other users and to undergo product training. We are able to meet the programmers and techs in the conference and they gave us valuable tips and tricks to maximize the potential of the software.
