Best app for bots, video marketing & sales, and customer chat
What do you like best? Drift bots and videos are the best combination I ever got from a SaaS companies. I love their marketing too. Drift has raised the bar. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how Drift allows us to qualify leads that come in so our sales team doesn't have to waste their time with qualifying leads one by one. Their live support chat is very useful when I have questions regarding Salesforce sync, playbooks, and conversations. What do you dislike? Great channel for conversational leads that's scalable and trackable
What do you like best? The new customer onboarding process was a great compliment to the overall experience using the app. Beyond this, the overall app is robust and integrates with all of our existing systems - in our case, Salesforce, Hubspot and Slack.
