PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Drift, we are able to give our leads a great experience. Powerful tool with lots of supporting documentation

What do you like best? The UI of the playbook when developing a Drift bot is a great visualizer, and has the added ease of clicking a home key to return to the beginning of the flow, and the ability to click connect lines to follow flows to their events. The conversational marketing guide was exceptionally informative, as was the "more qualified conversations" example playbook. The live chat features is great!
