No-frills. Best for simple interactions with customers

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? If you want a no-nonsense chat solution, then you won’t go wrong with Drift. It has all the features that can allow you to interact with your site visitors properly—even supporting both web and mobile versions. You can set up a welcome pop-up message to let your visitors know that a rep is available for chatting. If aesthetics matter to you, you’ll be happy to know that you can customize the chat box too—changing its color based on ...

Converting leads made simple

What do you like best? Drift has been the missing piece of our marketing efforts to capture more leads and convert them faster. Sometimes, people hesitate to reach out to a salesperson directly but feel confident to "play" around with a bot which helps them find the information they need faster and lets them be in control of the process. What do you dislike? Everyone needs to enter their email before starting to chat with us, however, this email is not visible on the chat itself, so the ...

Senior Account Manager

What do you like best? I like the Reports tab as well as the general chat layout. Also handy that it connects right to my SalesForce. What do you dislike? I wish I could see a live feed of what the customer is typing. This is a super handy feature in my line of business because it allows me to see if a customer is copy/pasting information that could be fraudulent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customers don't really use the chatbot ...

Good idea, terrible execution

What do you like best? Conversational marketing is the modern approach to attracting new customers. Drift has good basic functionality. What do you dislike? Drift has the positioning is spades, but the actual execution of their product is POOR. Service is totally via chatbot, and while it's okay for a simple question, the setup of this product requires more than just simple support. I don't think they have any adults that actually work there. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great Conversational Platform

What do you like best? Easy to implement/integrate. Great UI. Intuitive. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have additional data options for API integration. Recommendations to others considering the product: Bring Sales & Marketing teams together to properly plan out what you'd like to accomplish. Don't be shy to reach out to the Drift team, they're very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're capturing site visitors, that ...

Daily Drift User For our sales team

What do you like best? I like that customers come in though the website and chat directly with us. If we feel that the customer is a good fit we can ask them to jump on a call with us right away to qualify them, i've booked meeting off people coming in just to browse. What do you dislike? I would like to see a localized time zone for customers if possible, And if the addition of auto logon/logoff could be added as sometimes our reps forget to logoff at the end of the day and conversations ...

Great insight to who is reviewing your website.

What do you like best? I think see people on our website in real time and being able to send them a chat. What do you dislike? The interface was a little confusing at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem we are solving is understanding which accounts are going on our website.
