A tool that helps convert!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This eliminates the need for contacting prospects at random. With Drift, I can interact with people who are actually considering my services. This allows me to put my best foot forward because cold calling does not always set off the right tone with some customers. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? Drift allows me to immediately spark a conversation with individuals who have expressed interest in my companies products and services. A horrible support experience
What do you like best? Drift has some basic chat functionality. The playbooks are semi-advanced. What do you dislike? The support has been lacklustre. I have been trying to cancel our account for no less than 3 months with zero engagement from Drift aside from an email 3 months late to tell me my last billing will be in a month's time. There is, of course, no click to cancel, so we just have a subscription service that continued to run despite several support tickets lodged and chats ...

Love Drift! Great product, great brand
What do you like best? I appreciate that the app is just as easy to use as the desktop and that I can seamlessly bounce from one to the other. Also, support is incredible and so helpful.
