Very poor service
Very poor service. Do NOT use.App didnt do what it was advertised as.It only worked in part for chrome users, but for visitors using safari it didnt work!! Ridiculous!Also tried to cancel with them (but they were off on holiday then said I ccancelled too late and had to be billed for an extra month even though it was them who was unresponssive!!!

Drift is phenomenal and a top of the line tool that every sales/marketer should use
What do you like best? Conversational Marketing Usability Metric Tracking Seamless integrations with popular SaaS systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot and more Constant Product Updates World class customer service I could go on but I'll leave it at the above What do you dislike? Easy Configuration, great support
What do you like best? I have used other chat tools in the past, Drift is best. The play books are really easy to setup and the drift community provides lots of good ideas. What do you dislike? My experience with drift so far has been amazing. It really bridges the gap for what I do.
What do you like best? The transition for the client is seamless from customer service to a design consultant like myself. Clients that have a tough time either navigating the site or just need direct contact with a design consultant has a better and genuine experience knowing they spoke with someone that is well experienced in the field. What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the layout. I appreciate the meeting screen. I love that I can generate leads very easily and talk to them in live time.
