A Must-Have Tool
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are using Drift for instant chats with prospect customers. The software is a great tool for connecting with people who are quite unwilling to speak over the phone. The best!! still a few things to improve and a few bugs to solve but it is good

The Feature: Unenroll contacts on reply (email sequences) is not working. its been a while since I reported it and the customer support team is not helping. A straightforward and effective software
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how Drift notifies us whenever a recipient opens the email we send to them, know who is visiting our website, discover their location, and go back to the old conversations. The latter allows us to understand issues and situations better. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Awesome product.
What do you like best? Lots of things. I love being able to see what kinds of customers are on our website/app. I like being able to interact with customers in another way besides just email. I love the ability to send Drift videos and be able to track when those are opened and viewed. What do you dislike? Not much. What do you like best? The thing I like the best about Drift is it's ability to provide an additional experience on your website to interact with sales and marketing professionals. The free version isn't so bad
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Drift is just what I need. Not much set-up requirements are needed so you can get right to interact with your site’s visitors. On top of this, the free version also supports mobile chatting too! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Decent chat service for website and software integration
What do you like best? Drift is great at capturing people who are visiting our website who wouldn't normally fill out a contact form or call our office with their questions. It has helped us prospect much more successfully by being immediately available. What do you dislike?
