Great Chat Tool

What do you like best? I like the layout of this tool. Everything is fairly simple to find and it looks very clean. My absolute favorite feature of this tool is reporting. It's great to be able to filter charts based on the team involved, and even on an individual basis. Also, the reports in the playbook help us drill down on ways to improve our chat experience. The app never really works and pricing is tricky

The app never really works. All their client numbers are fake. Many quit after a few months because the app just doesn't work. Integrations fail, they change API documentation without warning, they offer little to no tech support in fixing the mess they make. Also their pricing is tricky and you cannot cancel easily. Great first touch!

What do you like best? As an SDR, I enjoy being able to jump into a conversation at any time of the workflow. I also love how drift can schedule meetings for me to touch base when I am offline. What do you dislike? I dislike how late it notifies me that someone is reaching out on the page. What do you like best? I love being able to have conversations with people while they are researching on the website. It also helps a ton with creating automation in the bot over time. I drank the kool-aid of conversational marketing!

What do you like best? Drift is so easy to use! The set up process takes a few minutes and building your first playbook is a snap. (Honestly, you can have a basic chat/chatbot up and running on your website in 15-30 minutes max!) The playbooks themselves are a blast to create and I have to say a special shout out to the content that Drift produces as well.
