What do you like best? How easy it is to chat with customers, and the new features being released for the chatbots What do you dislike? Down time, pushy account managers who go dark on you unless they think they can close a deal before fiscal quarter closes, and 3 csm changes in 2 years. What do you like best? The ability to target accounts and only show the chat to them when they enter Xant.ai is extremely powerful. We can focus on chatting/talking with the right prospects and serve the right message. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Understand the context first: people like to engage conversationally with others. It's natural.
