Helpful, easy, & friendly fun!
What do you like best? Drift makes it easy to communicate with anyone viewing our website! We can directly and immediately respond to any questions or requests our community might have. What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of is that sometimes we get trolls/spammers/bots. Can't get enough of Drift!
What do you like best? Drift was so easy to setup. It took just minutes before potential clients were contacting us through it! What do you dislike? horrible experience
horrible experience. supports only the basics of whatever we wanted to achieve and then we had to find workarounds for the rest. their documentation images never matched the end result we could achieve, their support never knew how to help or avoided the question giving unhelpful alternatives, and, worst of all, after we have invested so much time into their product, they have now started sunsetting the features we use. absolutely no respect for their customers. avoid!

Product misrepresented and lacks integrity
The product is one step below live chat in terms of value to site visitors. It isn’t even close to a chat bot. Ever created an email nurturing workflow, it’s the same thing. Nothing fancy to it and a waste of time for most use cases. On top of that, deceptive billing practices. Whistles and Bells but that doesn't mean it sells better
What do you like best? Ability to run playbooks for people who aren't buyers coming to your website. Direct them to HR Material etc. What do you dislike? Overly complicated to setup and manage, didn't improve conversion of chats over products that cost a fraction as much. This is a fairly broad program with which it is relatively simple to work and handle it, occasionally they generate updates that make handling it a bit simpler, the appearance of the chat is quite good, understandable and adaptable to its use and work needs.
