PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Drift is very easy to use even for a newbie like me, from building playbooks for our company's website to their hypergrowth conference and data collecting function for all things conversational marketing. So much so that I was quickly able to link it to our pages on Linkedin, HubSpot, and Salesforce. What do you like best? Drift has allowed us to remain lean as a business, through its ability to qualify leads, but also the Knowledge Base, so customers can have basic questions answered without the need to speak to an actual customer service agent. Finally a live chat app that ticks all the boxes.

Impossible to cancel

What do you like best? It was easy to sign up and integrate with our site to try it out. What do you dislike? Impossible to cancel. We've not used the drift service in months and they continue to charge us despite our repeated requests to cancel. Every time we click to cancel on our account settings page, it takes us to a chat and the chat representative tells us that they will notify the billing department and get back to us in a few days. What do you like best? I'm brand new to conversational marketing, and Drift makes it incredibly easy to learn. Building playbooks is really easy. Support is also awesome--while I'm working in Drift, I can chat into their support without going to a new page or sending an email. The support team always gets back to me immediately.
