Love Drift

Love Drift! Have used it with my past two companies. We always see a spike in engagement after we install it. So effective to be able to communicate directly with our users in real time. Drift's team is also incredibly helpful whenever I have a question or issue.

Very powerful tool. Not the only one in the market anymore.

What do you like best? Drift is easy. You can implement and go live without any hand holding. They have awesome resources to guide you along the way. It goes further than just chat bots. The only limit with Drift is your creativity. What do you dislike? Nothing mission critical. We also have Hubspot and Hubspot chat comes with our subscription level. My customer success team wants to use Hubspot for their chat tool as it provides a better experience based on our tech stack. Drift is ...

Easy to use and tailor to our needs

What do you like best? The visual builder is intuitive to use. I am able to get into each chatbot quickly and easily make changes for new campaigns. It is also easy to use to try new builds and integrations. We have been able to integrate Drift's product into our customer service platform and our e-commerce platform. What do you dislike?
