Drift is one of the best chatbot tools out there in the market.

What do you like best? The features in terms of reporting and the flexibility to control the targeting What do you dislike? Default feature to change the time after which the bot appears on the page after the page loads What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engaging with the visitors, qualifying them and then converting them. Engagement has increased

Easy to use, loads of power and potential

Easy to use, easy to build and easy to integrate with Salesforce!! There's a lot of potential to build pretty involved and almost expert system level ChatBots, even at the lower licence levels and plenty of opportunity to upgrade to AI and full NLP levels :)

Drift is helping my Sales team really get a better handle on customer experience and helping us organize our important first Sales conversations with prospects, and routing them much more quickly, which is great fro operationalization as well as branding. So much time wasted with Drift.

Drift is great at marketing hype, they tell a super compelling story during the sales process, only to find things are not as they seem. They don't offer a free trial, which is fine. But having signed up... paid... then tried to cancel you can figure out why they operate the way they do. From the start, misrepresenting the segment.io integration through to being overcharged and having to fight to get a cancellation (I'm not the only one according to the reviews) are good reasons not to use ...

What do you like best? I love how easy Drift makes it to interact with our customers. We use Drift on multiple pages on our website, and by leveraging a playful, conversational chatbot, we have tons of customers interact with us. Drift is fabulous for creating and implementing Chatbots. But lagging in updating this feature.

What do you like best? Chatbot creation and editing tool. Fast. What do you dislike? Stalled dev. on new Chatbot enhancements. What problems are you solving with the product?
