it's a bit too soon to give an opinion…

it's a bit too soon to give an opinion as we've only been working with Drift a short time! The service reps have been very helpful. Would like to see weekly meetings/updates with Drift reps. I do find we too many on site visitors with generic yahoo, gmail, etc emails and not business related inquiries. Not much inquires during EST hours at all.

What do you like best? shortened my sales cycle and got qualified leads on my calendar What do you dislike? after hours scheduling can be clunky but its manageable for sure Recommendations to others considering the product: it is absolutely worth it. best chat option on the market. if your website gets traffic this is a no brainer. Easy to use, excellent functionality and understanding support team

What do you like best? Very easy to setup chatbots and create sophisticated conversation flows. The software is very robust and covers most essential features such as routing, ABM and chat automation. What do you dislike? Some of the connector functionality is a bit limited, for example the Salesforce integration works, but it could definitely be improved with more advanced links to Campaigns and Opportunities on Salesforce. Excellent addition to the sales org

I genuinely like Drift and the functionality it brings to my team. We are fairly new in taking on the project and are just starting to really see positive results. We get a large amount of traffic on our website and the chat feature is a must have to be competitive. We have seen millions in pipeline that we can attribute as coming from Drift. We are going to start utilizing the live view function soon to proactively chat with site visitors and help enhance their experience on our website.

Making the life of an AE that much easier

I love Drift! I'm an AE and it makes my life so much easier. Since adding Drift to our technology stack, I now have a steady drip of leads trickling into my pipeline. The ability to A/B test messaging and automate much of the process is a great way to save time and be effective.
