Drift is one of the most robust and refined livechat platforms we've had the pleasure of integrating. We were formerly an Intercom customer

We were formerly an Intercom customer. Our account rep (Griffin Casey) leveraged Drift's features and functionality to get our attention and to demonstrate features and functionality. This made it an easy decision to transition from Intercom to Drift. Not only has the Drift team been super responsive, but they're also proactive with ideas and recommendations which has been a tremendous help. I oversee marketing operations and we have a smaller team so having a proactive partner is a necessity.

A Core Tool for My MarTech Stack

What do you like best? Drift allows me to up-level the content experience unlike any other tool by 1) remembering the visitor, 2) offering up recommendations and paths for them to better understand our solution and 3) connect them with a live person when they are ready to talk. Great tool to grow Direct Booking!

We use the free version and got a good number of leads in the first week itself. Now I realise the importance of Chat conversation to improve Direct Hotel Booking.I got support from 2 people, Gauri and Alison, when we needed to configure desktop app and notifications.Will use the free version till Hotel business returns back to normal, after Covid 19 lock down is over.

Hey,So, my company started using Drift for our chat support requirements a few months ago. I have found this amazing so far. The pipelines make it really easy for me to track the chats for our different products. The filter system to find out my chats and other previous chats works nicely. It's a great tool for if your buyer is a "social creature

What do you like best? The ABM functionality and alerting is great (but not during COVID because reverse IP is not very helpful). I also like that reps can connect their calendars so if they aren't there, the meeting opportunity is not lost. I think it's a great way to make the website more interactive and give people a chance to engage with you if/when they want to. What do you dislike? Some visitors can find it intrusive. Big fan of Drift

Big fan of Drift! For context, I'm in sales for a small software company. Of the seemingly infinite number of tools we have, Drift is by far the easiest to learn, and has the coolest, most useful features.
