Good functionality but expensive

What do you like best? One of the better web chat products on the market. Easy to use. What do you dislike? Most functionality is behind their "Premium" plan and their $40/month per users plans are very underpowered compared to their competitors (the pricing listed on G2 Crowd is way out of date) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Convert more website visitors to qualified prospects.

Such an easy chat bot to use and build!

What do you like best? It's great from both a user and an admin sense. Building the bots and flows, email campaigns are all great and the support was always so great and can be used while still building bots etc. From a user side it is also great - they have an app too if the team all go out and we need to cover it till. Abruptly deprecated multiple integral functions with no apology or warning

What do you like best? I want to love Drift, their bot flows are fantastic and it was a breeze to set up that portion of the application. Drift + Salesforce = Quick Lead Creation

Drift intelligently gathers and syncs over information from a customer contact like a name, email address, and phone number to Salesforce which makes the tedious lead creation process easy as 1 2 3. Excellent product!

What do you like best? Flexible, good examples to use for creating playbooks. What do you dislike? Support is only available via chat and it's not efficient. Very challenging to try to get launched when they don't let you speak with someone to get questions answered unless you pay for Enterprise. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Drift has been a great technology for our sales reps and marketing organization. PTC is available in real time when our customers have requests and would like to schedule a demo. Leads are converting faster and reps are able to gather specific requirements via chat rather than waiting for a discovery call.
