Drift is a great tool, but...

Drift is a great tool, most importantly its free and can't complain. We had to remove it from our website and switch to another provider. The reason was, it makes the website's TTFB to high. In another explanation, drift makes the website slow.

Drift is a great!

Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!

Drift support is the best!

My company is getting ready to launch Drift on our website in the coming week. I have to say, getting set up has been so easy, thanks to the great help of our Customer Success Manager, John R. He has been very helpful and provided video instructions, one-on-one meeting consultations, and quick answers to my email questions. This is a nightmare

This is a nightmare, and it's not even worth the free trial. I highly recommend taking the time to stand up Chaskiq yourself, or use intercom. I've been using this service for over a year now, and I was a user before the UI changes and when drift help still existed for free. After you get locked into their platform, they use "Dark Patterns" to try to get you to upgrade:1) I was an early user who always had help articles suggested by the bot. Great for show and tell!

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create the videos What do you dislike? The only issue I run into is that the video quality sometimes is lacking when watched back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The pain point of trying to explain or share how things work in our software after we are off the phone. This has been one our most powerful sales tool.

Good functionality overall, but bugs prevent some core functions from working well.

What do you like best? The automated bots are super helpful in routing prospects to get new leads with territory assignments. Also helpful in qualifying leads and using them as RFIs. The support experience in chat is great for getting simple questions answered. The integration with salesforce.com is very nice to quickly push prospects through to there. Great Sales Tool if Used Properly

What do you like best? I'm in a sales department and we utilize Drift to help channel inbound leads to our pipeline. Drift is a fantastic tool to help with that. The system will identify when people are on pages that are highly like to drive interest into our product.
