PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Drift is very easy to use even for a newbie like me, from building playbooks for our company's website to their hypergrowth conference and data collecting function for all things conversational marketing. So much so that I was quickly able to link it to our pages on Linkedin, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Customizable and easy-to-use program

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The program seems to know what I need. I was able to tweak each chatbot for campaign updates without any trouble, and I easily integrated Drift into both our e-commerce and customer service platforms. They used to be my go to record store…

They used to be my go to record store despite the hundreds of miles between us but, I asked to change how I paid for my extensive number of preorders so I could free up my debit card and was told no and they just refunded them all. I have found a new store who I have used for a lifetime but unfortunately 5 of the dinked pre orders are now sold out everywhere and they werenot held back for me by Drift. A decent website chatbot solution

What do you like best? The chatbot is able to schedule prospect calls on the behalf of the salesperson. What do you dislike? Emails to notify the salesperson that someone is interacting with the chatbot are not sent immediately. A text notification would be very useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drift allows prospects to interact with the company on the website even when a live person is not available immediately.

What do you like best? It was very easy to configure and the interface is quite intuitive and pleasant. Driftbots are what we use the most since they are wonderful and productive, they save us a lot of time.
