"Drift is great for Chatting and sale growth"

What do you like best about Drift? Its helpful when customers use the chat bot and pick a product so we can tie them to the correct Sales rep to help assist them. What do you like best about Drift? My first experience of using Drift was back in 2015 when they were just starting up. It was a great platform then but fast forward to 2022 it's even better now! With the ability to reverse IP look up accounts, create playbooks and connect prospects to sales within seconds - it's one of the best live chat tools you could use. What do you like best about Drift? Being able to pull up reports from conversations that were missed while off the clock. What do you dislike about Drift? I haven't run into any dislikes at this time since I'm still new to the features that are available to me. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? With different playbooks, I have been able to narrow down to more beneficial leads which help me to focus my time on the leads that I am working.
