What do you like best about Drift? It is great to be able to connect with customers and prospects on a more personal level. Putting a face to the name helps build a relationship and catches their attention much faster than a regular email. What do you dislike about Drift? What do you like best about Drift? Drift has a top-tier Sales team (I worked with Mike Pantano, Kelvin Sims & Kate Mattos). What do you like best about Drift? Drift offers a full suite of products that create personalized experiences for customers, creating a better pipeline with better leads. This ultimately rewards everybody. What do you dislike about Drift? There is nothing I dislike at the moment - it is a powerful tool that helps salespeople and their prospects have the best experience. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Drift? I like the integration with Slack -- it makes it easier to get notifications. What do you dislike about Drift? It can be hard to see notifications if you don't use the slack integration What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? it makes it easy to get in touch with your customer when they're on the site

"The Best Team I've Worked With"

What do you like best about Drift? When you start it feels like such a big lift, but the team makes it absolutely painless. Their customer service model is unmatched. What do you dislike about Drift? Before, we were not able to see the AI portion, which delayed some insights. That is changing now though. What problems is Drift solving and how is that benefiting you? We can connect with new customers who do not have a sales representative already.

"Easy Tool to find Hot Leads"

What do you like best about Drift? I really enjoy being able to interact with the customers/prospects in real-time to take advantage of the opportune time. I also like being able to see their activity. What do you dislike about Drift? "Drift is more than a tool in out tech Stack they are a TRUE partner"

What do you like best about Drift? Not only has Drift helped increase our sales pipeline, and closed won opportunities, exponentially. They have done so as true partners. Our success is important to them. When they give you a CSM, they hold true to that title. They work really hard as a partner to make sure we as a customer are successful.
