What is DelivApp?

DelivApp is a white-label delivery infrastructure platform designed for tech partners such as POS providers, marketplaces, and delivery companies. It combines a full online ordering solution with built-in loyalty and retention tools alongside a comprehensive delivery management module. The online ordering suite supports branded websites, mobile apps, kiosk, tablet, and AI chat ordering experiences, all customizable per customer. It includes advanced menu management with modifiers, add-ons, and discounts, multi-location and multi-brand support, multi-language and multi-currency capabilities, and live order tracking. Built-in loyalty features cover digital wallets with bonus points, cashback, gift cards, referral incentives, rule-based vouchers, automated targeted campaigns, user segmentation, and loyalty tiers. The delivery management module provides a web dispatch dashboard, a courier mobile app, automated order bundling and dispatching rules, real-time map view with courier tracking, in-house workforce management, and integration with third-party fleets. It supports configurable courier settings including fee visibility, order accept/reject flows, and proof of delivery, along with distance-based, region-based, or hybrid delivery fee structures. Both modules expose APIs for integration with existing POS systems, third-party ordering platforms, payment processors, and external courier management systems. The platform supports complex operational hierarchies including mono- and multi-brand operations across multiple locations. A fully functioning back-office dashboard and built-in analytics provide operational visibility, while a merchant portal and business app give restaurants and stores direct access to manage their operations. DelivApp is trusted by over 3,000 restaurants and delivery companies. It serves POS providers, local food marketplaces, delivery companies, and restaurant chains and franchises, handling the technical side of digital ordering and delivery management under each partner's own brand.
