Their onboarding and support staff are amazing. Our onboarding specialist, Katie, was great in mapping out milestones and holding us accountable for those milestones. What do you like best about DataGrail? Very impressed with the implementation process. It was well organized and thorough, the implementation manager walked us through every step to ensure all of our top priority integrations were set up. Excellent communcation amongst project team and the tranistion to the customer sucess manager has been very smooth as well.

What do you like best about DataGrail? The entire onboarding process and product is easy to use and great. The sales team is very knowledgeable and onboarding team helps keep you on track. They do a great job of helping walk through everything. The tool is very intiutive and easy to use and it's super simple. It solves so many problems for what you need for CCPA and anything you need. They have a great roadmap and their customer service is second to none.
