Every ask we've had for them, they have either already had in the pipeline, or they've run it up the flag pole to determine effort/plausibility, so from a customer-service point of view, that's been a great relationship.

With DataGrail, the program is now automated - giving back time to my team. We've connected tools like Salesforce, Marketo and others, and the process takes minutes. Support is always super helpful and quick to respond - although it's usually been user error on my part!
