"Just for Big Events (over 1000 guests)"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is very easy to use. If you are not tech-savvy, it's quite simple to set up and get started. You can create your own event site with very little technical experience or design ability. Support is very helpful at getting you unstuck from messes. What do you dislike about Cvent? It's not a complete solution. We are still leveraging sheets, Marketo and salesforce. It doesn't do everything. If you have a good email marketer in house, they can leverage ...

"Robust System Ideal for Large Events"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like the many different features of Cvent. If running a very large event Cvent is a great system to use because it has any feature you could possibly need. What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike the same thing I like about the system. For organizations running small events, Cvent is almost too complicated. I am happy they are introducing FLex to make it simpler but many features we use are still not available and therefore we can not use Flex. What ...

"Not tailored for the flexibility small events may need"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like the ease with which I can generate reports and load them into Excel. The integration of financial and registration details also is pretty seamless (more on this below, however). What do you dislike about Cvent? For a small (<100) event, some of the features seem pretty inflexible. A small outfit often needs to flexibly adapt to a changing situation. I'll give one or two examples. How do you handle people who register, indicate that they are planning ...

The interface wasn't as user friendly and straightforward as I'd hoped. It took some getting used to. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: Use it. It will importer your event exponentially. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent solved our organisational issue. We were able to keep track of everything in a much more ...

"Cvent is a solid performing system for events."
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is customer focused and offers a variety of tools to help solve problems in the event registration process. There are a lot of tools that can be integrated into the registration process. What do you dislike about Cvent? Sometimes it is difficult to know the best options for what we need. I have been to a lot of Cvent presentations but it would be great if someone looked at our site and made suggestions about how to improve it! Recommendations to ...

"The change that is needed to Event Management Software!"
What do you like best about Cvent? I like how you can easily plug and play any questions and any creative solution you may think of can easily be put into motion with Flex. What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike the amount of HTML knowledge that is needed. If it doesn't work smoothly then you either need to have CVENT help you or figure out how to edit in HTML. Recommendations to others considering Cvent: If you like ease of setup and great customer service then switch to Cvent. What ...

"Easy to use event website"
What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is very intuitive and doesn't require much (if any) HTML knowledge. We were also able to set up unique CVent links to track our digital efforts, the unique code at the end of the unique URL gets pulled into the reports. What do you dislike about Cvent? I find that it is hard to customize certain aspects. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? A streamlined place to keep all of our event data and rosters, very efficient for ...
