What do you like best about Cvent? I like the simplicity of Cvent. It is a very user friendly tool. What do you dislike about Cvent? Finding certain results can be difficult to find. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to organize all of our attendees in one place and it makes it very easy to see who is in attendance vs. who isn't.

What do you dislike about Cvent? Often times, the emails generated from the system go into the recipients junk folder. This isn't so much a Cvent issue but an issue on the receiving end. What do you like best about Cvent? I love CVENT support! I find phone conversations to be the easiest, followed by the chat feature. I love how CVENT combines all the features like you can set up the registration page and track emails through one "home page." What do you dislike about Cvent? All the different steps. It is hard to set up an event or an abstract. There are many parts (like trying to send an invitation as another person or editing the registration form). I think it is silly ...

What do you like best about Cvent? I like the ease with which I can generate reports and load them into Excel. The integration of financial and registration details also is pretty seamless (more on this below, however). What do you dislike about Cvent? It is too advanced and too confusing, there are so many features which I understand, but sometimes completing basic functions seems to take up so much time.
