What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is very user friendly, easy to use, easy to train on, and makes life a lot easier for event planning. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are just lots of areas of Cvent that we haven't explored yet, but we will get there. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We enjoy the ease of registration with Cvent, keeping up with the conference participants, etc.

What do you like best about Cvent? I love that cvent always has someone to reach out too if you have any problems. I also like that they listen to our needs and try and improve their product What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike that I can't use flex yet but I know that is coming soon. What do you like best about Cvent? The analytics on events are very useful and robust - if you can't figure out how to report something, Cvent staff will help you build it. Customer payment has also been easy to manage. What do you dislike about Cvent? The pricing is very confusing and time consuming - buying licenses and trying to use as many within your contract people is tedious and detracts from all the time savings the tool allows for. The best basic features were the ability to have the agenda for audience and moderator types, support Q and A and the best advanced features were the survey feature and the ability to store documents (associated with a session). Do not like that we can't use our own website domain for the webpages, or create a branded sub-domain. It confuses our website users when they go to cvent.com from our website.
