"Cvent is very accesisible."

What do you like best about Cvent? The features are easy to use in comparison to other platforms. What do you dislike about Cvent? I don't have any dislikes or suggestions about Cvent yet; very happy. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems so far -- the benefit is that it's easy to learn to use.

What do you like best about Cvent? I use the chat support a lot and i enjoy that. What do you dislike about Cvent? Doesn't look great on mobile. Sometimes the chat people doesn't speak great english What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Registration is so much more streamlined. I also like to use the post-event surveys.

What do you like best about Cvent? The ability to easily check what all of our attendees are at in their registration process and if people are getting our emails. What do you dislike about Cvent? I can't send other people registration confirmation emails. It would be nice to send to assistants What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting out information easily and having a beautiful format to send out information.

"CVENT Ease of Use"

What do you like best about Cvent? The Website Design portion is pretty intuitive. What do you dislike about Cvent? Figuring out all of the different registration paths is confusing and can be very time consuming. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? There are some places where it'd be nice to change the font color, etc. on the website design portion but for now they are not customizable.

What do you like best about Cvent? Easy to navigate, pretty straightforward. Excellent online support community What do you dislike about Cvent? Lots of hidden costs, not sure if it was scoped incorrectly. Account manage was extremely rude! What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We used this as a event marketing and registration platform. It works very well for our requirements

What do you like best about Cvent? All of the features for importing information are very helpful and make it a seamless transition. What do you dislike about Cvent? Nothing major. There has been a few snags we ran into in terms of communication between multiple platforms but that was it. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it to record and track attendance at events as well as using the mobile app for our largest event.

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent has a great survey feature! I love designing surveys in Cvent and sending them out to our audience members. Cvent also has a great reporting tool which allows you to see your data from your surveys on the back end. What do you dislike about Cvent? Cvent can work more on making on-site event management more user friendly. I understand the event creation feature online but it can get complicated using Cvent badges, materials, etc on the day of the ...
