"Great for Registrations and reports but not invoicing"

I don't like that you can't invoice from the system you can only send email. I work for and with government agencies and most of them will require invoicing, emails will not work. There are so many places to visit in the menu to set up the event properly. It's not very intuitive to a new user who needs to set up a more complex event.
