What do you like best about Cvent? I enjoyed the ease to apply discounts and different tuitions for our events in Cvent - we work with college students and it makes it so easy to manage them! What do you dislike about Cvent? Cvent was difficult to learn to use at first - some of the terms and names of things could be simplified. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent has been super beneficially for having different event registration options and different tuitions.

Recommendations to others considering Cvent: Careful review if needing to integrate Cvent with other applications. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Eliminating paper registrations is by far the best benefit.

"Learning Curve but high functionality"

What do you like best about Cvent? Very organized. Lots of control. Great chat customer service. What do you dislike about Cvent? Not always streamlined in a way that makes sense to my brain. A little un user friendly when it comes to where to find things. My best example was when i was looking for reports on how to find who registered for an event first on my waitlist. What do you like best about Cvent? We use the online registration for our event and without it we could not have any integration with our website and registration process. The Cvent website offerings truly make it possible to have an integrated attendee experience. What do you dislike about Cvent? The uniqueness of our event schedule makes it difficult to use Cvent's schedule offerings but nonetheless we have been able to use them in the past with a more conventional (one session at a time) ...
