What do you like best about Cvent? I like how you can take different pieces of registrants' information when you need them. Dietary needs? you can grab that, email information, you can grab that, who paid by invoice, you can filter that. What do you dislike about Cvent? Where to find things isn't intuitive. For instance, if you need to adjust an amount someone paid, you click on an arrow next to their name, not their payment. If you want to do things via invoice you're in a "print badge" ...

The help articles are not always complete for a topic and you have to read several articles to learn what you need. What do you like best about Cvent? I like how user friendly Cvent is. We recently launched Cvent usage in our company and we are all getting the hang of it. Cvent allows us to store internal notes and external (clinet) information within. We used to use google doc to store and track information but Cvent is much more efficient. Everything is automated, from the planning to the sale of the tickets, through the perfect inclusion of date and time of the event, you can add the number of people who can attend and make the invitations. It was difficult to learn at first but once we got the hang of it, it's easier to copy and creat new registration forms.
