"Not User Friendly"

What do you like best about Cvent? The new format is a little better. It seems a little more attractive on the front end and I was finally able to use one report to gather all my data, rather than multiple by creating a custom report. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? I really enjoy how they have mad updates to the flex version, it is a lot better than the classic version. Designing a website is pretty easy, but then you get into the registration side of things, which is a whole different story.
