What do you like best about Cvent? We use Cvent for feedback surveys after events. The system is fairly easy to use and has all the features we need. "Great Program"

What do you like best about Cvent? That you can enter event space in a pattern so you don't have to repeat over the entire program if events take place in the same room each day. I also like that it's possible to share a user name. All the managers at our property have their own, while the coordinators like myself share a generic "Sheraton Seattle Sales" login. That the Flex registration is in english only and does not have optional items but I am sure soon it will improve. For regular registration it still has old look. Some areas within the event website builder and geared more towards conventions, where we mainly use the tool for internal events at one hotel. What do you like best about Cvent? This is user-friendly and very intuitive. It gives us the most branding options and customization capabilities on our marketing event registration pages. What do you like best about Cvent? Using Cvent has streamlined our registration process. Members register for events more quickly with a simple click on their phones or of the mouse. Online payments make collection issues less frequent. The email system and membership tracking is convenient. Customer Support is very helpful. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? We use OnArrival for onsite check in. We love it and so do our attendees! You can create templates and/or duplicate old events, so you don't have to create all new events from scratch. This is a big time saver. Custom contact fields and the question libraries are a huge help to keeping things streamlined from event to event. The new update to Flex makes websites and emails so customizable and beautiful. What do you like best about Cvent? Good to send out invitations and keep track of invitee management What do you dislike about Cvent? Very limited on design and a lot of steps to do something that seems very simple (ex: reporting) What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you?
