"Very efficiant way to manage events"

What do you like best about Cvent? The ease of being able to use API to manage cvent events. The api is very powerful and also allowed us to integrate with wordpress. What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent makes planning our events so much easier. What do you dislike about Cvent? The Cvent support chat is not very user-friendly. You have to wait forever, and if you look away for 30 seconds, they close out the whole thing and you have to start over. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Running reports is a huge benefit. It's easy to keep track of different fields that we need.
