What do you like best about Cvent? I like how customizable the different registration paths are. It allows us to pick and choose what information we need from our attendees and can even handle more sensitive payment information. The registration site itself can be highly customized if you know how to work HTML otherwise the templates available are nice as well. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? This has helped out state agencies manage various events and is so simple to use! What do you dislike about Cvent? We have not found anything to dislike so far. The only thing that slows down use is our own red tape. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Events using limited platforms to sell tickets or manage registrations online have been a challenge in the past. Cvent gives us visibility and functionality we have not had before.

Sometimes the site flow can be a little odd depending on the type of site you have - I always like things to be as straightforward and uncomplicated for registrants as possible. What do you like best about Cvent? Finding new properties that haven't opened yet. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are too many ads mixed in with search results. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Do not like new version - harder to navigate than old version.

What do you like best about Cvent? I love how all of our events and various proposals remain organized--Really helps me manage the work load. What do you dislike about Cvent? The downside is the formatting of the emails but I can live with that! What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are being able to send surveys after our events and get feedback from clients AND have it stored in a place where we can refer to it for future events.
