What do you like best about Cvent? I like the ability to handle scheduling, reminder e-mails, and attendee confirmation in one place What do you dislike about Cvent? I wish Cvent was better able to handle multiple day classes. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? This is allowing my facilitators to schedule their own events without requiring a full time event coordinator.

What do you like best about Cvent? The ease of creating events, the ability to customize each event, and most important, their customer service staff. The support staff is quick to respond no matter how you contact them, via phone, chat, or opening a new case. I like that they include links to documentation which references the solution to your support call. What do you dislike about Cvent?
