What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is easy to use. The design is clean and simple. What do you dislike about Cvent? It lacks features found in other widget-based website providers. The actual event site looks outdated no matter how much you add to the page. Reporting system can also use more varieties. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent has solved the registration system for large meetings and incentives groups.

What do you like best about Cvent? I really like how the product crosses over and syncs on various levels (Cvent, CrowdCompass, etc)! Makes coordinating events and communicating with attendees easier! What do you dislike about Cvent? Standard reporting is not very user friendly. I have to call in and have support walk me through every time I want to run a new report. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Event planning in general.

What do you like best about Cvent? I love all of the features that Cvent offers and they are continuously improving their product and customer service. They have 2 versions that are very useful to planners, a more modern "express" version and a more detailed and customizable standard version. They both offer lots of options. What do you like best about Cvent? The customization of each website is great. It really helps yout brand an event and market it better for your attendees. What do you dislike about Cvent? Our company has unique ID's for each employee so it's hard that the system is tied to emails so much. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Cvent helped us with our on site registration. We were able to check in 12,000 attendees with an average wait time of 18 mins.
