"Excelent Customer Support"

What do you like best about Cvent? The customer service is excellent. They are able to provide a solution for any question you may have. What do you dislike about Cvent? The price. We run one event a year but use the software all year long. Some months only have a few registrants while closer to the event we have 50+ a day. "Cvent has change the way we do Meetings & Events"

What do you like best about Cvent? I love how easy Cvent was to learn. One of the best features is the dynamic path module. What do you dislike about Cvent? I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Most recently we have added travel integration which will assist me in being able to pull reports directly and keep better track of my attendees travel arrangements.

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is an all-in-one software. It manages contacts, conferences, speakers, submissions etc. What do you dislike about Cvent? The reporting is antiquated. Its not easy to build custom reports and the output format can be improved. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Run a 5-day conference for 6000 attendees and a membership base of 3000

What do you like best about Cvent? My favorite parts about Cvent are that it allows you to automatize so many aspects that would typically be done manually. We have the ability to automatically send alerts when a change (ie someone registers, someone cancels) occurs, we can create live reports/feeds for those who need access to live data. What do you like best about Cvent? I like it is easy to get people registered and it is easy to put events together. At our company we do about 100 events a year and with Cvent we can use a template to create websites for them. The customer service is also amazing and very helpful.
