What is Coval?
Coval puts a voice agent through simulated calls before real callers reach it, then keeps scoring the calls it takes in production. Agents built on Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs and other platforms connect over SIP or an API, and the behaviours you care about are defined as metrics applied per call. Traces are retained so a complaint can be matched back to the turn that caused it, and the same recorded calls feed the next round of simulation. Plans are metered in simulation minutes and uploaded minutes, with retention and metric count rising by tier. HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR are covered from the entry plan.
